It was working fine for the past 18 months, and then all of a sudden it won't charge any devices. I've tried about 30 different cables and 20 different devices, and it won't work. When I plug it in to charge, it says it's at full charge, but it refuses to discharge. I'm past the warranty, so customer support said I can go kick rocks basically. I'm sure if I was within warranty, then Anker would've replaced the product and sent me a good condition working one and this would have been a 5 start review, but we don't get points for ifs and buts, so I have to judge this on the fact that I have a $150 paper weight on my desk now.
