Works well out of the box. Plenty of capacity. Single button operation.

Very good product, chargers super fast and more the 5 full chargers.

It’s OK if you need it for your cell but it drains fairly quickly and is a PAIN to recharge. Unless you use and Anker intelligent charger or another charger capable of putting out 30w, it charges slowly or not at all. I promise, unless you have a USB laptop or handheld device, you don’t have one laying around. If you factor having to purchase a high end charger, it’s isn’t a deal at any price

Potentially great product with very poor documentation. Instructions so small I couldn’t read even with expensive magnification. Picture instructions also not clear. Tried utube - they wanted a fee to watch which I refused on principal. It has worked fine when I have used it but would like to know operational details. A video in English would be perfect if free to watch! In all honesty, you shouldn’t use my review to decide to buy or not. An electron microscope could come in handy.

This thing is awsome. From the feel of it down to the charging ports is well thought out. The length of time to charge it is a bit lkng but that is to be expected with the size of this battery.

It definitely charges your electronics fast with the c type plugs. Well worth it with being able to charge multiple devices. Even charges my macbook.

I've had this device for 18 months or so at this point, and I'm on my third bank. It will work for quite some time, but after a bit it just refuses to take a charge, although it indicates it is. Once unplugged from a charger, it simply refuses to charge other devices. It's a great bit of tech to have for travel, but I'm now always concerned it'll stop working once more. Anker's support is really good, however.
