Now I have to unplug it before putting my laptop to sleep or I will have to hard boot my laptop. Could be my laptop, but I don’t have the access to troubleshoot. There for I’m giving this an average rating because they work as expected, however didn’t have enough ports to support 3 external monitors.

I'm a bit distraught as I had charged it recently without issue and was shocked to find not a charged battery when I was packing for a trip, but nearly dead. Tried many different USB cables chargers and outlets. The lights would cycle twice and turn off. The lights are not supposed to turn off but full in while it is charging. What sucks is it's just outside of the warranty period.Would not recommend.

Unless thats what its suppose to do then my charger is charging properly.

Purchased in April, but by mid June, it would show that it was charging when plugged in, but would never completely charge- the last dot continues to blink no matter how long it's plugged in. At this time, it also stopped providing a charge to other devices when I plugged them into it. Pretty disappointed because I really loved the aspect of being able to use it multiple times before recharging, and for multiple devices! I see the other 1-star reviews received comments from the company, so I'm going to call their customer service about the warranty they offer. Really wish I hadn't thrown the box away now!
