I actual brought it twice thinking I got a random fault the first time as it won't light up, second didn't work as my laptop said: this power source didn't have enough power and not charge your HP ENVY laptop. I wasted hours driving charging testing returning and on hold. Would be ok if you could test before buying DON'T BUY IT FOR A LAPTOP

Now I have to unplug it before putting my laptop to sleep or I will have to hard boot my laptop. Could be my laptop, but I don’t have the access to troubleshoot. There for I’m giving this an average rating because they work as expected, however didn’t have enough ports to support 3 external monitors.

Purchased in April, but by mid June, it would show that it was charging when plugged in, but would never completely charge- the last dot continues to blink no matter how long it's plugged in. At this time, it also stopped providing a charge to other devices when I plugged them into it. Pretty disappointed because I really loved the aspect of being able to use it multiple times before recharging, and for multiple devices! I see the other 1-star reviews received comments from the company, so I'm going to call their customer service about the warranty they offer. Really wish I hadn't thrown the box away now!

Stopped working after 6 months

This thing really allowed me to be 100% mobile as I was able to charge my laptop (MacBook) twice off of it as well as my cell phone, watch, Juul, etc. however after 6 months of normal use, it randomly stopped working. Now I no longer have something to charge my stuff on the go. I'd highly recommend if you don't care about how long the product actually lasts, as it is a great product that worked perfect for 6 months.
