Stopped working after 6 months

This thing really allowed me to be 100% mobile as I was able to charge my laptop (MacBook) twice off of it as well as my cell phone, watch, Juul, etc. however after 6 months of normal use, it randomly stopped working. Now I no longer have something to charge my stuff on the go. I'd highly recommend if you don't care about how long the product actually lasts, as it is a great product that worked perfect for 6 months.

Had an issue with the original purchase, it would no longer charge devices. I reached out to Anker support and the immediately replaced the device! Since the replacement there are no issues!

However, if you’re looking for a product that you can use long term I would have to suggest purchasing something else. After reaching out to Anker directly to seek a replacement once it stopped working I experienced first hand just how poor thier support really is. The battery pack would not charge and gets quite hot while it is plugged in. The charging light circle will blink at 1 light, but will not charge. Factory reset did not work, so I reached out to Anker directly. The first representative informed me that “yes! You should be eligible for replacement due to a faulty unit.” the second rep told me “no, but you can buy a new one!”. After speaking to a manager it’s the same story “we do not provide replacements, please purchase another product from us”. No thank you. So again, if you are looking for a product that works well long term and has a company that stands behind their warranty and product please purchase another brand.

Excellent quality capable of charging most laptops
