Fantastic convenience until it stopped working

Its definitely not as powerful as anothet battery pack i had that i needed to replace. It charges extremely slow. Maybe i need the usb c to c cable. Maybe it would charge faster. I just don't like it. I'm thinking of returning it. I'm very disappointed with it.

It charged 1/4 and died. Nothing lights up now. Btw Anker advised if you buy it from their web page direct wall charger incl but best buy doesnt sell it with one. Smh

No Power Supply Included at BB

That's why it's cheaper at BB. The BB deception is the reason for my 2 star review, the power bank is fantastic. I felt duped, but my own fault for not recognizing what BB was doing. They pulled the power supply so the deal looked really good, devious. It did allow me to buy the better charger, the Power Port III 65W. I also bought an iPhone Tripod mount that fits it perfectly. You could also use a Tether Tools Strap More to mount it.

Waste of Money

I did not use them frequently (probably once every other month), my husband used his daily and both were amazing for a year. Bought two, both are refusing to charge. Spent a lot of money for them to be worthless within a year and a half. Sitting in my house currently with a power outage and unable to use either! one has been refusing to charge for a month, the second was fully charged a month ago, just pulled it out and it’s DEAD. So frustrating.

Bad advice. Costly mistake

I asked the Best Buy associate, he recommended this product to me . I asked him did I need anything else? But I did !! I can not use it and can not return it! I had to go out of town so I missed the 14 days return policy.
