Bad advice. Costly mistake

I asked the Best Buy associate, he recommended this product to me . I asked him did I need anything else? But I did !! I can not use it and can not return it! I had to go out of town so I missed the 14 days return policy.

Waste of Money

I did not use them frequently (probably once every other month), my husband used his daily and both were amazing for a year. Bought two, both are refusing to charge. Spent a lot of money for them to be worthless within a year and a half. Sitting in my house currently with a power outage and unable to use either! one has been refusing to charge for a month, the second was fully charged a month ago, just pulled it out and it’s DEAD. So frustrating.

DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL!!

You can charge the power bank but it will not charge or light up to show how much battery you have left in it. I’ve seen multiple reviews about this In the comments section that have this same problem. I can no longer return it or exchange it. Best Buy needs to take this product off the shelves and replace it with a new batch or a better model.

Will not charge anything

It only seems to take a charge and won't charge any of my devices. I have tried using different cables and charging ports, but nothing seems to work. I was really hoping for a reliable power bank that I could use on the go, but unfortunately, this one seems to be useless. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a functional power bank.

Anker has poor quality products

So they referred me to the manufacturer who made my life a pain since they didn't have a replacement in stock and their suggested substitute was inferior. It took me along time to get a suitable alternative but now even this one doesn't work either...Im dreading to call Anker back since i know how much trouble its going to cause me.

Beware of issues

It has connecting/disconnecting issues for my phone. I replaced it 2x through here and 3rd with Anker. The Anker replacement worked perfectly for 6 months now I'm sending it in AGAIN!

Terrible charger will break

I got 3 replacements from Anker's warranty and they all broke within 1 to 3 months!! Piece of garbage. Wasted $120 dollars.

Stopped working Within a Couple of Months

I bought two of them when they were on sale so I could have a couple power banks for phones and computers that I could alternate solar charging. Unfortunately, both of them stopped working within a couple of months of fairly light use. I thought initially it was not charging due to not getting enough solar power, but I plugged them in to charge them until it said it was full and it would not charge the device, or if it was not fully charged it would automatically start trying to pull power from the device regardless of what port it was plugged into. I wouldn't recommend this product until they fix this problem as it seems from other reviews there's been similar issues.

Stopped working and gets hot
