    I wanted to love this product. But after returning it for a 3rd time it just didn’t work for me. The first one stopped charging after a year. The second one stopped charging within a few months. The 3rd one could only charge 10% with an overnight charge.

    Barely last a year of use bought in oct 2022 Lasted till august 2023 im not even gonna bother sending it for repair when i charge it now the lights loops then overheat i was gonna charge it overnight but not really good idea, i only write this review today because im not busy.

    Bought an open box\returned one and it doesn’t work. Was told we were out of the return window since it was a gift a month later to replace my daughter's old powerbank. Store wouldn't take it back.

    Never charged any of my devices, yet charges.

    Garbage. I didn't even use it. I bought it thinking I might need it when I return back to the office, but I never went back. Plugged it in, the blue light completely charged. I plug in any device in the ports and nothing charges, iphone, tablet, etc. So I plug the charger back in and it lights up right away. I cant return it and now I cant use it. Its not cheap either. I hope best buy sees this to offer a refund or if Anker can do something.

    Short life span

    Doesn't work for very long. I bought this to use as a battery bank for my work laptop and my steam deck. It stopped working after a month. Best buy replaced it (thank you) and the replacement stopped working after a month and a half.

    Great product but bad quality. I purchased this item from 3 times from best buy . It works great for a period of time . But after awhile it stops charging but 3 times within last month and a 1/2. I guess it officially defected.

    Stopped working after five times of usage!! Started to overheat during charging, just blinking with no charge to hold! Extremely disappointed, it was expensive and I am also having a hard time reaching customer services and holding for hours on the line!
