Tried to changer multiple times and doesn’t seem to do anything and doesn’t charge anything. Have tried multiple cords and items and nothing works. I have an older model that’s been great for years! Not sure what’s wrong w this one.

Don’t recommend

Both lasted 2 months (just past the return period) then both failed. Won’t charge. The manufacturer website handles warranty claims only for products bought directly from the manufacturer. Don’t recommend, unless you’re willing to pay the extra $20 each for protection.

Best Buy's policy sucks

Big and heavy piece of trash.
