Stopped working within 4 Months

I have been on the go recently and this has saved me multiple times. It has a lot of juice and can quickly charge my ipad pro and iphone and ipad mini. Love it. Only thing it is a bit on the larger side.

When I plug different devices into it, it wants to be charged by those devices, not charge them as intended. Reaching out to technical support provided by Anker is not helpful, just a rabbit hole trying to dodge their known issue on a defective product. I will not purchase from this brand again, as they refuse to own up to mistakes and make things right for the customers.

It works

Charged up two iphones and my laptop on one charge. We had the smaller version which fit in a pocket before buying this. This one can't fit in your pocket and is heavier, but has much more capacity. If given the choice, I'd buy it again

What they don't tell you is that although we're going into a digital age every time you want to use your computer laptop or tablet so on and so forth that you will not always have an electrical outlet at your disposal.
