Stopped working after 2 months

I used to have another one and it too stopped working after about a year, but I thought it was due to mishandling or storage location. I contacted Anker about it and they stated they couldn't confirm purchase even after offering receipt from purchase at Best Buy. I don't recommend this device and can't in good conscious offer any good review on it.

Anker has lost their spark. Bad QC.

I personally had mine fail on my only after a few uses. Anker has lost the quality they once had in their products and seem to only be interested in keeping the name "Anker" alive. They don't care about the products or the customer. They have a recent history of bolstering positive reviews and shadowing negative ones to keep their image. Please do not keep buying their products, as they are at the will of the customer. If you don't buy, they will either have to step up their game, or go under and a better company will take the spotlight.

Broken after 6 months

I bought this one under the impression that anker was a reliable and reputable company. I did not have school this summer so I did not use it for around 2 months. I just started school again and I went to plug it in and it didnt work! I tried multiple chargers and outlets. Completely dead. I also do not have the recipt for it so I cannot even get a replacement. $150 down the drain. Im so upset.

Really terrible user experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this device before an international trip and was dismayed by the lack of respect Anker/Best Buy has for its customers. This device is sold without an associated charger or any guidance for purchasing one. If you intend to use it to charge a surface pro computer, beware, you will need yet another cord. No effort is made to communicate what additional cords are required so don't be surprised to find yourself going back and forth to the store and spending far more hours than you intended.

Never worked

Tried 5 devices, USB-C and Micro usb, and several different cables and wouldnt charge anything. Charged it overnight with a 65 Watt charger and next day, percentage lights never moved. Tried charging devices again, still wouldnt charge. Returned it day after purchase.

Do not by this product.

It was completely fully charged. I tried resetting power button. Would not work at all. Even plugged into a wall charger. It would light up, but as soon as you unplugged it, nothing.

Total fail- get other model of battery

But since then, I only used it 7 - 10 times and it stopped charging my Apple gadgets. It’s just not charging at all. So much waste of money considering I have other anker products purchased for many years. This model is a total fail.
