So im in the process of trying other cord ,may have to purchase another one. Cannot say the charger doesnt work, but i only used it twice.

The thing that sucks is its longevity only lasted about the time the warranty has on it (18 months). May consider a different brand next time with longer life span.

Like 24 hours str8, and it's a bit expensive. Also takes a long time for my phone or laptop to charge from it as well. Returning item today and getting one thas is nicer and hopefully much faster.

I expected comparatively quick charging of our Apple iPhone 11s and a relatively quick re-recharging of the unit itself. Neither is the case. The unit itself, when fully discharged, takes almost 24 hours to fully charge up again. It takes 4+ hours to fully recharge my phone. (The old unit took less than 3 hours) It’s only redeeming feature is that it has both Micro USB and USBc inputs. Definitely not worth the money.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1.What model and type of wall charger/AC adapter you are using
2.Try another wall charger(5V/2A) and cable. It should fully recharge the power bank in 10.5 hours.
3.About how long it takes to recharge the battery (if it will charge fully at all).
4. Try the power bank with a different phone.

Its extremely light weight, which is nice, but I am surprised with the amount of time it sat there plugged in. It works as expected.

It take about 6 hours to get all but one bar. It takes 12 hours or more to get to the final bar. Also, it stops carging before getting to the final bar - you have to unplu it and plug it in again to get full charge. I will try a different brand for my next purchase.
