I bought this after we lost power due to the storm last week. Product arrived a week late, no problem. However, Best Buy sent me a used item with scratches and human hair all over as if someone was shaving over it. The Anker box even has a strand of hair attached to it, the product’s box was opened and damaged, the item has some white dusts on it. I ordered the Metro power core but received a box of metro power core essential. I even regret unboxing it with my daughter because I don’t know what we have been exposed to. Note: THE SHIPPING BOX CAME INTACT AND FINE.

If possible, please try a different 5V/2A wall charger to see if the issue persists. Normally it needs about 10 hours to fully recharge this power bank.
