    won't charge after 7 months

    I can't say about 7 months of exploitation is a fair deal, for you are always expecting for the battery kind of thing more lasting life experience. For I've got some inexpensive small batteries I've grabbed at Fedex trade post, really long time ago and they are still in a mint condition to charge and charging. So I am feeling disappointed with Anker, however it served for a quite a bit of 7 months now since Nov 14 2019. Not reliable thing overall.

    Doesn't come with a charge adapter

    Doesn't come with a charge adapter or any cables. Instructions booklet is limited and vague. Appears it can only be charged through a standard USB port. Device connects with a "Usb-3" which then connects "out" with a traditional "USB" port in order to charge. But it doesn't come with a wall adapter or attachment... Disappointed and definitely will be returning because I can't charge it even at home.

    Takes ages to charge

    Bought this item as a backup for my mobiles during the tropical storm of 2020. We were without power for 6 days and the cable that came along with the power bank didn’t work and it took literally 14 hours for a full charge. Had to spend half day in a friends house to charge this in order to be able to charge my 3 mobiles once... didn’t feel it worth the money at all.

    Charged up unit until lights when out. Tried charging iPhone and it did not charge at all. Using the same charge line that I use to charge the iPhone every night. Also the unit requires an adapter to plug into the wall which is not included nor does it state that on the packing. Returned for refund to Best Buy without any problems.

    Slow charging

    After 6 hours, plugged into fast charger plug, it's only 1/4 charged. Won't fast charge my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Doesn't support pass through charging, at least from my testing. Honestly, if find this pack worthless and will be returning to Bestbuy, replacing with one that charges faster, supports fast charging, and supports pass thru charging

    Does not reliably charge

    Sometimes it charges. Sometimes it charges for a few seconds. Some times it takes lots of jiggling to get it to start to charge and then it fails. Been like this from the start. Don’t know that it’s worth the time to try and return it. Historically had good luck with Anker. Otherwise a cool looking product that was nicely packaged.

    I was disappointed because it said on the package that it was compatible with my iPhone 11Pro. I followed the directions and tried numerous times, but it would not charge my iPhone which I’ve only had for 4 months and is in great condition!

    Such a waste of money..

    I heard this is a good power bank so i gave it a try. Bought it July 2020 but after 2 months of using it, it wont even charge now! The life span of this is very short. I’m so disappointed.

    I bought this powercore in June 2021. By October, it won't charge anything. I have tried everything. Used different cords, made sure it was completely charged, etc. It's worthless.
