    Bought August 2020, January 2021 it does not charge anymore worthless imo and totally not worth purchasing. Only buy this if you dont care about quality and love wasting hard earned money.

    I am concerned since I did not buy this item. I check with family members and no purchase. I have attempted to call the store but can not get anyone to answer. Please check my acct to verify

    Way too heavy for the unit and what I was looking for, maybe that's standard for a 20000 mah but just too heavy to keep in my pocket, but it sure does charge fast.

    Complete garbage. I have only had it a month and it won’t charge. I can’t even return it because it’s past 30 days, only by a few days too. I will not buy their products ever again.

    This is fairly knew and already stopped charging my phone. The box itself will charge but it won't charge any devices.

    This took forever to charge. It then wouldn’t properly charge my phone. I quickly returned this item. It’s literally no use!

    Came broken. One of the inputs don’t work at all. Very frustrating. Don’t have time to go return it but very upset.

    I have a Google pixel 4 and it will not charge it. Very disappointed. It's charges apple products but not Google

    A cloth cover on something like a battery is gross. Germs, sticky substances, etc., will never come off

    I'm a mail carrier and most of our vehicles do not have any plug to charge your devices. I bought this in 2020 and it still works great. The battery life has not diminished at all. I still hours upon hours of charges. Highly worth the price!! T

    My phone is the Moto G7 Power. It has large battery capacity and hs rapid charging so I love that I can get a significant charge from it in a few minutes. This is the first power bank I've had that can charge my phone more than once. But also, I sit far from my PS4 console while gaming. The PS4 controller requires low power charging. The low power mode on this bank let's me charge it while playing without running a long cable from the console.

    I've had mine for 6 months now. (I got it in December). I use mine when I go camping (I go tent camping and in rural areas without hook ups). I can use it to charge my iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time. It charges fast and allows for multiple charges. I've also used it to charge my Ricoh Theta V 360 camera when I am working longer shoots for work.
