Help me out Anker..

HERE ARE THE SPECIFICATIONS BEST BUY DOESN'T LIST!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Input: 5V ⎓ 2A Output: 5V ⎓ 3A (2.4A Max Per Port) Best Buy doesn't list the specifications for this product. I thought/hoped it was the Anker PowerCore Essential 20000 with a different skin. That one has a 35W max output for $2 cheaper than this one that only does 15W max. Input seems pretty slow as well. Parents/Grandparents, do not get this for your Kids/Grandkids. They will thank you for it but secretly be upset about it. (Weird that they won't let you leave a one-star rating.)

Not so good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decide to purchase this power bank in the hopes of getting a fast charge and a long lasting battery, that would last up to 92 hours. Instead I got a power bank that even when it's on a charge, the battery is still low and it barely charged my phone to over 50% of a charge. This is crucial and one light blinks meaning the battery is dead even though it's on a charge. If this is so "unusual" then why do so many people on here experience the same things I did? Bad quality battery perhaps or maybe not so efficient. Step up if you want me to purchase your products.

Not What I Expected…

An entire day plugged in and got 25% charge…Other chargers state 50% charge in 30 min. I got this for $50. I would spend the extra $10 or $20 for something better. Honeslty, don’t know where these 5 star ratings came from.

Normally, this battery takes about 10.5 hours to fully recharge with a 2A wall charger. To help us pinpoint the issue, please let us know the following information:
- What model and type of wall charger/AC adapter you are using
- If the battery charges fine with another wall charger and cable
- About how long it takes to recharge the battery (if it will charge fully at all)

Garbage Product

Oh wait. I don’t have to imagine because this thing won’t charge. I’ve tried everything. Different outlets and doing the reset by plugging it into itself. Trash product.

Lasted A Day

worked great the first couple of times!

A good 8 to 12 hours of full charge will give you about 2 good uses and that's it! Waste of money!

Product doesn’t work
