I putchased this product before I travel to Peru in October 2 2021 just a couple o weeks ago and gor my surprise it only held one charge amd stop working after that. I am very dissapppointed, now I am still in Peru and the product is no longer returnable, also I did not buy protection, since I NEVER thought it was going to work only 2 weeks.

First of all the quality is there with the material and build. The texture is nice on the powerbank. It's also not to long or big. I tested this on my Note 10+(4300 mAh battery) and was able to fully charge my phone 4 times from 0-100 it did take 1h 16minutes to fully charge with the cable the powerbank came with. The unit did not come with a wall adapter. I used my note 10+'s wall adapter(25w) to charge the power bank, which took 6h 23minutes. The cable the powerbank comes with is a c port cable on both ends. It feels durable yet simple. The bag it comes with is nice and breathable for the powerbank, so it may let the powerbank release heat. Doesn't really heat up while charging devices,unless you are charging up the powerbank itself,then it does 2/10 heat up. The power bank is about a pound heavy. I did weigh it and it didn't pass a pound but otherwise near it. Now the only thing I did have an issue with was the fact that it doesn't tell you that it has a trickle mode for lower voltage electronics in writing. It did show a picture step but no written explanation. Besides that this Anker PowerCore Essential 20000 PD is by far the best power bank I've owned. If you are looking for the best then this is it.

This charger broke within a week of buying it. Doesn't charge anymore, Doesn't charge anything. The lights don't go on. Its just dead.

Bought this to power up our camping gear that have batteries. Takes a while to charge up, but once its charged, it lasts a long time. No issues so far and would recommend to anyone that needs a small device with a lot of power to charge up multi devices. We charged our phone, portable speaker, and tent lights and it was down only one light dot.

Anker is the best when it comes to mobile chargers. I've been using Anker products since 3years now. They are pretty good. The charger here is pretty good too. It charges my 3300mAh phone battery like 5-6 times. That's pretty good. The build quality and the design is perfect. Very handy. Easy to carry. Supports both type c and micro USB charging. Best in the market. Go for it!!

This charger works great, charges fast, I always trust the Anker brand, they do a great job. The looks are great, outer shell has a cloth type texture that hides fingerprints and besides, it looks cool

I purchased and charged my Anker - PowerCore Metro 20,000 mAh Portable Charger early Sept. 2020 for a trip. My suitcase and briefcase was jam packed and only had room for either my external hard drive or this Portable Charger. This charger felt heavy but says it weighs 12.1 ounce with dimensions 6.22 x 2.93 x 0.76 inches. Since I planned to turn off my phone during the flight and I needed my external hard drive more & it is lighter, I decided at the last minute not to take this charger on the trip. I didn't check it again until Dec. prior to a wind storm. I pressed the indicator button. It shows 4 out of 5 solid blue lights indicating it did not lose it's charge over the four month period. My Samsung 10+ was at 66% and Samsung Tab-A Tablet at 77% so charged both in less than an hour each and I still have 4 blue lights. I'm impressed. The case is a soft black netting so probably not much protection if dropped.

Wow. A great purchase. Easy to use. Mobile phone will never lose charge. It is fast an quick with a charge and oh so great. Holds battery power for days. Excellent price for the product. So glad I purchased. It is just the right size and so compact and powerful.

Life Saver. It is cheap, fast and reliable. The charger is light, durable and doesn't take up much space for those who travel often. It also automatically turns off when you phones is fully charged.

It’s not big in size but it is huge in capacity. The USB-C port on this battery is for input only — NOT for charging devices from the battery. USB-A ports provide USB 3.0 charging speeds, but not fast charge tech that is seen on more expensive power banks. That also means it takes a long time to recharge — about 8 to 16 hours from a phone charger. So it ain’t especially fast, but for the price I don’t really care. What it is is huge. The 20,000mah (20ah?) capacity charges devices for days. We use this battery to power iPhones and Sony cameras while camping. It hasn’t seemed to degrade battery life in devices it charges and worked well in freezing (26F) and hot (95F) conditions. It’s about the size of a phablet, so it’s easy enough to slip into a coat pocket or fanny pack.

This is my second favorite portable battery charger. This is a lightweight battery charger compared to most. It holds a great charge and it charges my devices in a timely manner.

I use these batteries for providing power and backup power for my ADS-B In unit in my plane. Long lasting, fast charging, and compact. Highly recommend because I really need them to be reliable when I am in the air.

This portable charger is awesome. It has a great feel to it. Looks well built. Takes a while for it to fully charge, but that just means it will be quite a while before it needs recharged again. So that is a major plus. A lot of the descriptions say it is light weight. I don't know what they think light weight is, but I find this to have some heft to it. It isn't heavy by any means, but I wouldn't consider it light weight. Best way I can describe it would be like a nice paper weight. Just in case it didn't come across the right way. I don't mind the weight of it at all. It's rather nice, makes me think its strong and well built, durable would be another word. I just want people to know it's not as light weight as you may think it is from the descriptions. So, all in all, it's perfect!

It feels very high quality and is the best at its price point. It holds a lot of power while still being barely bigger than my phone, making it very easy to carry around.

Charges my electronics quickly. Connects to all devices, tablets, laptops, phones, you name it. Small & Mighty. Easy to carry around, in your pocket, usually keep it in my purse.

I needed an upgrade after burning thru several weaker power banks during long days on the beach. This incredibly sexy option was on sale and I dove on it - no regrets. The ability to charge multiple devices simultaneously on the USB 3.0 ports WHILE CHARGING is an amazing feature. We used it on a 12-hr car ride between numerous phones and tablets and by the time we arrived it was still at about 50% power. Beastly. And the fabric-y texture is not only unique and attractive but it makes the bank less prone to sliding across plastic surfaces. Overall, a great deal, couldn't be happier.

Excellent design, the 20000 mah's are fast and long lasting. The slim design allows for easy carrying and use. Charges quickly. An excellent buy.

So first.... I have been using this a little over a month. I am FLOORED by how much charge you get from this thing. I've seen some of the reviews that I just want to say..... "Are You kidding me??" Yes there is weight to it, but it's because it is truly a powerful back up bank of charge. Yes it does takes some time to fully charge, because this is a large sized bank. Being that it is a larger sized bank it lasts remarkably long. I have been using it regularly this last month to charge my phone even when I have access to power because I have been testing it. This thing is awesome. The first time I used it after it was fully charged, I charged my phone at least 4 times (I have an iPhone 7+), both of my grandson's phones and still had plenty of charge to go on. When you plug your phone in it to charge, it charges remarkably fast. That has never been my experience with other portable chargers. I have seen portable chargers/banks that say they hold 10,000, 15,000 and even 20,000. The first sign I got that this one is the real deal is because it does have that weight. They power just doesn't drain out of it either. I'm loving this and will always go with an ANKER when and if I need another. I love the stylish tweed like material on the front. Ladies, keep it in your bag and NEVER have a DEAD phone again! Love this thing.
