Surprisingly light weight for the capacity of the charger, unfortunately the biggest down sides for this charger are: you can only charge the bank with micro USB and USB-C, there is no USB-A option. You can only charge devices with USB-A it would make more sense to me to be able to charge the bank with USB-A, C and Micro while giving the option to charge a device with the same outputs. Just means carrying extra cables.

Love this charger! It's perfect for anyone who is on the go and especially when traveling by plane. You will always have a way to charge your phone with this portable charger. I loved it so much I bought them as gifts for my husband, my son, and my daughter in law.

It seems to charge up many devices, and I've only had to charge it once since my first charge when I made this purchase, which was just over a month ago! Seems to do the trick for me and I can't wait to bring it when I travel so I don't have to worry about finding outlets to charge my devices

I love this, it really keeps your phone charging fast. It last a long time and is pretty easy to use

This was a great portable charger that helped us on a vacation road trip. It takes a while to fully charge the power supply, but once it is charged it's a workhorse. Charges two devices at a time, and we used it for iPhones, iPads, Apple Watch, etc.

I thought I’d lost my smaller portable charger and we were without power for almost 20 hours. It came with about 1/4 charge so I was worried it wouldn’t last but it did ok since I only had about 4 hrs left without power. After we got electricity back I wanted to charge it full and was surprised that it took over 12 hrs to completely charge. It’s supposed to last 72 hrs but I haven’t any proof that it does what it’s supposed to do. Just happy to have the backup.

Bought this for my wife she kept running her phone down I like the power it has for its size it’s easy to carry around

The long charge time is worth EVERY second! I charged up before I left on a Monday for a business trip to DC and used it as the exclusive way to charge both my Bluetooth and iPhone XR. I didn’t have to charge till today (Friday)! Very much recommend!!

Was was pleasantly impressed with how many times that this device can charge up other devices. 20,000 mAh will get people a LONG way! I like the variation in connection ports as well. It does take a while to charge this device, but perhaps there's a fast charging option that I'm unaware of...

I bought this before a flight across country for both my phone and iPad. It has plenty of juice to keep both going all day long. It comes with a nice cloth case and a charging cord. I bought a second one for my daughter for Christmas.

I’m really happy with this product! It charges my phone faster than when plugged into the wall charger. Only downside is it takes a full day to recharge the device so it can be used. But being proactive and keeping it charged has kept my phone from dying since I bought this!

I've had this charger for nearly two weeks and I'm glad I purchased it. Takes 8-10 hours to fully charge the unit but each charge has taken my phone from below 15% to fully charged 5 times. I can feel the added weight in my purse but well worth the piece of mind on long trips.

Haven't had for long, but so far has charged my phone and headphones multiple times. Understanding the green light feature on the button took some research (it is a trickle charge feature for small, low draw devices), but other than that it seems like a solid device.

I like to travel and a such i do not have time to sit at one place while my phone or device charges. This provides a great charging system for the whole day till i get home to sleep. If you love to get around and enjoy your time while traveling. Go for this.

I bought this to take to a theme park and it was such a great purchase! It kept my phone and my moms phone charged for our 12 hour days while we were having to constantly use our phones! It fairly lightweight and was super easy to use!

Liking it so far. Used it to charge my Samsung Galaxy S9+, Jlab earbuds and my Nintendo Switch lite. Everything got charged to full with >1/4 of the charger still on. Very pleased so far.

Not much to say. It worked as advertised. Took awhile to fully charged but it last as long. People with less patience shiuld get a smaller capacity charger. I’ll charge it over night and I am good togo for week. Looks good and feels good

I bought this for when on the go and if there are ever any power outages at home. I love how you cam charge multiple devices at once without it draining all of the battery. There isnt much battery leftbwhen trying to fully charge 2 devices but it's still life left. I do not like how the USB-C port is for input only as i have a few USB-C to USB-C charging cables.

Very clutch, be advised though that the USB-C DOES NOT CHARGE EXTERNALLY (meaning that the device does NOT charge other devices with the USB-C port, it only charges itself with that port) it will take power from your device if you utilize that port.

You can sometimes tell a quality product just by holding it in your hands. (Fingers Crossed). This battery is very reliable and has a lot of charging time in it when full. Just make sure you keep it fully charged. Managed all my needs, happy with the quality.
