What I like is support for USBC for charging the power bank. I think the only thing I miss if manufacture would have added support for charging USBC based device such as iPad Pro.

What I don’t like is that it’s a lot heavier than the previous external battery and it is bigger than my phone.

Perfect for charging throughout the day. Sure, you can find a plug in the wall, but not having to do that sure makes life easier. Seems to charge an iPad or iPhone or compatible device about 5-7 times. Make sure you read the instructions about how to charge the battery pack before using to understand what the two different charging inputs do.
