Takes forever to charge portable

It takes FOREVER to recharge the battery. I let it charge overnight and by the morning it only charged a full bar. Also the micro-usb and usb-c ports are so loose when you insert the wire. Wire falls out of the port so easily.

Keep 2 cellphones charged

Since both are on the entire time at work, batt can get quite low at times. This charger will charge both at the same time...it's great! Highly recommend this!!

One of the best power banks I've ever purchased

It's intelligent and knows what device you're plugging in. This is a great power bank device charge my phone three times over. I could not believe it. I've never had a power bank do that ever.
