USB-C charge port problem

I can use the usb-a ports just fine. I’m going to skip this brand next time for sure. Switching to usb-c for new electronics is annoying enough without having to deal with faulty ports. Especially on a device with one function.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.
