Just got it and not able to give a review
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased another Anker that has 20000 mAh's. It works great so I purchased the same make, but half the mAh's. The 20000 may one does take a little long to fully recharge.

Not easy to figure out...

Unfortunately, the directions are aimed at customers in many countries which don't use the Roman alphabet. Arcane symbols are in the "instructions" leaflet, instead of clear instructions for users in North America. It took over 6 hours for the unit, connected to an AC outlet to fully charge for the first time. Nowhere in the instructions was such information provided.
