Normally, this battery takes about 5.5-6.5 hours to fully recharge with a 2A wall charger. To help us pinpoint the issue, please let us know the following information:
- What model and type of wall charger/AC adapter you are using
- If the battery charges fine with another wall charger and cable
- About how long it takes to recharge the battery (if it will charge fully at all)
