Stopped working within 2 weeks

My daughter has used it twice. I attempted to use it a few times this week on my long commute home from work, and its not working! I attemped to use it in multiple lighter outlets with no luck. I attempted to use it today and it worked. Im a fan of Anker products but I think i just got a defective item. Will be returning.

- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.

DOES NOT WORK ON iPAD 12.9 PRO

According to Apple TS, the iPad requires more power than any car charger can supply. So, even though the description says it will - it won't.
