    Usually love Anker products, but had one of these die on me, and by the time I realized, it appears I am just outside the warranty.

    I bought this product a little over a year ago. The USB C would only work intermittently. It would be plugged in to my computer and I would find out my battery was drained. Often I would discover it because my Zoom would stop working or a low battery signal would go on. Then, just a year after having it, it went out completely. When I plug it in there is no juice. Not sure if my problem is random or common, but in my case this product was more hassle than it was worth.

    Having paid over $100 I expected more reliability. I bought two. One was a lemon… couldn’t charge a MacBook Air & IPad Air & Watch and Beats headphone simultaneously… Anker support was good but the replacement flaked out too. Waiting for a “replacement”… My other Anker charged a MacBook Pro 13” & iPhone 13 mini & iPad Pro 2nd gen & AirPods fine. I’m looking to get the Belkin boost charge pro 4-port instead to hopefully get more reliability

    The cords were not compatible with my Apple products and the whole thing stopped working after a couple 2 months.
