Meh…it does the job
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well. Intended to use it to power a Dell laptop. Although it says 100W, the Dell had issues when starting and saying that is was getting power, but not enough. It was looking for 65W.

Posted .Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need!
If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- What is the make and model of the device you are trying to charge?
- What happens when trying another cable and a different outlet?
- How long it takes to charge the device from empty to full?
- How much slower is the Anker charger compared to the original charger your product came with?
- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.

NOT 100 watt charger
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not be deceived by the title and description of this product. I bought this so I could possibly charge at least my phone along with my laptop. However the moment I plug in my phone that is capable of only upto 30 watt charging this stops charging my laptop that needs 65 Watts. This definetly doesnt offer 100 watt charging total. yes you can charge a laptop but only a laptop. or a tablet and a phone but nothing with the laptop.

Does not work for my laptop.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would not provide enough power to charge my Macbook Pro using a USBC to Mag2 cable. It lists 100W but could not deliver even 60w for the laptop. Another 100 USBC charger worked just fine. Perhaps defective or just does not put out the power it advertises.

Overheats too much
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The unit got way too hot when using only 1 usb c and 1 usb 3.0 port. This needs better heat management. Worse part is that the usb c device didn't get the full rated wattage.

This is the charger you want.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want a charger that will charge your laptop along with other devices, do not go cheap with the 60W PowerPort PD, 60W Atom, or 60W PowerPort III. I tried all 3 and got nothing but frustration and lost time. None of those could replace my OEM 60W MagSafe2 to charge my MacBook. Using the SAME CORD, the Anker 60W PowerPort PD battery could charge my laptop just fine, which by the way is a fantastic battery. Anyways, just a suggestion, do not go cheap with the 60W Anker wall chargers. They will not charge a 60W device. However, if you do want to try the cheaper 60W chargers, I will say Anker's customer's service is EXCELLENT. They did their best to send me replacement chargers to try and end the end did refund the cost of the charger. But if you value your time, just get the 100W Atom PD4 charger. It works.

Disappointing and Deceiving
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does not come with a 100W USB-C cable. I verified with Anker support that the cable supplied with this unit is Anker Powerline II USB C to USB C 2.0 Cable (6ft) 60W. This is per their support department. Why does Anker supply a 60W capable cable to a 100W power supply?! No mention of this anywhere on the box or in the accompanying spec sheet inside. I had to call Anker as a result of reading similar comments. Also, equally disappointing, is the unit divides power when you leave cables plugged into it despite them not being plugged into a device. So if you need a full 100W of power for something like a Surface Book 2, you'll be buying a different cable and unplugging other cables that are not in use from this unit. This purchase was returned. Very disappointing Anker!

Posted .Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with this item.
The total output of this charger is 100W. When you leave cables plugged into the charger, despite them not being plugged into a device, the charger will identify the interface, so it will divide power. Thanks for your suggestion on this issue and the cable. I will forward it to the relevant team for improvement. We really appreciate your feedback to make this item better.
