Useful when traveling, every new phone requires a new adapter

Keeps disconnecting rapidly. I thought it was my phone that was broke but it's the charger!

We ended up taking it back to the store as it has NO USB place for your phone charger.

As usual, Anker delivers another solid USB type C power block. Anker has quickly become one of my favorite electronic manufacturers for all of my charging needs. I have yet to have an issue with any of their charging products. This charger provides rapid charging with an output of 25 watts. I love the compact design of this wall charger. It's retractrable prongs make it incredibly easy to tuck into a bag or pocket. I have tried this on my Samsung Note 8 and my Google Pixl 6 and from almost no charge it can charge 50% in about 30 minutes and receives a full charge in a little less than an hour. Of course the only thing I would change is if it came with a USB-C to to USB-C cable. However, since most new electronic devices come with USB-C cables these days, it's not that big of a deal for me.

What can be said about a charger? Well, for starters, The Anker PowerPort III is fast. While old chargers run at a mere 2.5 Watts, this charger runs at up to 25 Watts. This is a Super Fast Charger. I charged my Samsung S21 from 9% to 100% in 1 hour and 9 minutes. I have never been able to charge that fast before. The Anker uses smart technology to charge your device at whatever level it is suited to handle. One nice feature of the charger is that it has foldable prongs, making it easy to throw into your pocket. One odd feature is that it requires a USB-C to USB-C cable. There is no USB-A port. I picked up a pair of Anker USB-C to USB-C cables and they work just great with the charger. As long as you have a USB-C to USB-C cable, I can highly recommend this charger as being a very fast and capable charger.

The right price, size and compatibility. By compatibility I mean it charges serveral different devices of mine: apple, Duo2, Samsung Z fold 3, and so on and so forth at a nice speed. On the Samsung sometimes I will use a ‘fast’ charger and it will charge fast but also warn me that the charger may ‘slow’ charge because it isn’t the right kind. Not so with this guy, it has worked fantastic. It isn’t quite enough to charge my laptop (it tries to but even in power save mode it drains faster than it can replenish) but it is awesome for all my phones. It is much smaller than the OEM chargers (unless you are talking about the slow chargers) so that is definitely a plus. Overall, this hits the spot for a simple single small charger for on the go charging.

The only problem I had with this charger was I didn’t have the proper cable lying around and had to go buy one. You can’t use the old style USB-A to USB-C cable and that was all I had. But now that I have the proper cable…this thing is awesome. It charges incredibly fast. What more is there to say? I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and this charger is faster…by a good amount…than any other charer I have ever used. The device is compact and one additional feature that I love, the plug folds down. All in all this is a fantastic product. Fast charging with a compact design. Reasonably priced with a decent 18 month warranty, this device checks all the boxes for me. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend.

Anker - PowerPort III 25W PD Fast Wall Charger for Samsung Galaxy & other Devices - Black Summary: Compact charger with enough juice to power most mobile USB-C devices. Pros: * USB-C charger with 25W of juice. * Compact. Prongs fold into the device. * Fast charging. The 25W can charge even the largest of mobile devices pretty quickly. Cons: * Secondary ports. I would have appreciated a secondary port. This way I could charge two devices at once even if at a slower rate. Use: The primary use for this is charging phones and our iPads. I tested the charging of a 12.9" iPad Pro (40Wh battery). The charger averaged about 10% of charge per 10 minutes. In just over an hour and a half, this charger is capable of charging 100%. This will be a great accessory for travel and convenience. We can eliminate another lower wattage charger that just causes confusion and takes up space (since a given charger may or may not charge more demanding devices).

Let's face it, it's difficult to write a lot for a charger. If it does its job and does it well, then it's a good charger. I will say that this is a nice compact USB-C charger and there are far too few of these. Anker has delivered again as they do with all of their chargers in a sleak, small package that does exactly what it's supposed to. So if you're in the marker for a type-c charger, this is the one for you. Nice quick charging on my Galaxy S21 Ultra. What more could I ask for?

The 25W fast charger will handle the maximum needs of any smartphone that has fast or super-fast charging requirements. It does this while providing protection to those devices (of whatever age) through USB Power Delivery PPS standards along with Qualcomm Quick Charge standards as well as Anker’s own PowerIQ3 technology that supports legacy charging standards of whatever brand. So, it won’t overcharge your device and won’t cause your devices to overheat. The PowerPort III is a small charger with folding prongs to make it even more compact when storing. At this price point and 25W charging capacity, it only offers one USB-C port – more ports to quickly charge more devices require more power output. The charger does not come with a charging cable of any sort, so you’ll have to provide the charging cable with a USB-C plug at one end and whatever sort of plug your device requires at the other end. As I mentioned earlier, this charger is designed for smartphones primarily. This is due to its output ceiling. While 25W is adequate for small tablets too, larger tablets and laptops require more output for fast charging. The PowerPort III will charge these larger devices – eventually. For charging phones at their preset maximum speed, the Anker PowerPort III 25W PD Fast Wall Charger is just the thing. I personally have a Samsung Note phone, and the PowerPort III charges it at its maximum speed without a problem just as the regular Samsung charger does that came with the phone. If you’re looking for a safe, compact charger for any cell phone new or old, this is a good choice!

I'm part of the "other devices" camp for this one. I don't have any samsung devices. I wanted an extra plug that was easy to travel with my wife that could work on her Nintendo Switch Lite. This does the job! Setup is dead simple. Plug it in. Plug your device into the USB-C port. Profit! There isn't much else to say about this one. It charges my wife's Switch Lite while she's playing it. It quickly charges our iPhones. It's not super expensive. Anker has proven to be a decent brand for powering stuff to me. Get one of these if you're looking for a good charger.

Compact size, better-than-typical build quality, and fast charge times make this a winner. Works great with my Samsung Galaxy S10, operates in fast-charge mode and gets the job done quickly. Keep in mind this is a USB-C device so you will need a USB-C to USB-C cable, which is not included.

Works as described. Charges my S21Plus very quickly. For me that means fully charged in about 1 hour. I also charge my other devices as well, both Apple and Andriod. With the PowerIQ 3.0 technology will charge at the devices quickest possible speed with safety protocols built in for device protection from over charging with the Multi Protect safety system that combines over voltage protection and over temperature protection whether your charging with phone on or off. Great when taking on a trip. The fold in prongs snap into place, closing and opening and are very durable. Very pleased with this compact charger. Very nice quality at a great price!

This is a speedy charger. Charges my Samsung S21+ from 10% to 100% in 74 minutes. Uses USB-C to USB-C cable. The foldable prongs are convenient for carrying in a pocket or purse.

This is a cell phone charger. Big deal, right? Well, sort of. It’s different from the 5000 other cell phone chargers that I’ve accumulated over the last two decades and that are sitting in my junk drawer in that it is all-USB-C. I’ve not seen this before. I do have and have had devices (phones, bluetooth speakers) that charge through a USB-C port on them. But the other end of the cable has always had a traditional USB-2 plug to be plugged into a charger or computer with a USB-2 port. But not now. Using this charger requires a USB-C plug on both ends. A cable like this is something I did not have, and no cables are included in the box. All that is in the box is the charger brick itself. If you don’t have a USB-C to USB-C cable, you’ll need to get one, as I did, before you can use this charger. This charger’s two claims-to-fame are that it is fast-charging and that it is “foldable,” meaning that the two prongs for plugging into a wall socket can be folded down to make the device compact for easier storage or carrying around. We can dispense with the foldable prongs first. They work fine and fold nicely out of the way. This is hardly earth-shattering as I have encountered foldable prongs on all sorts of A/C adapters and chargers over the years, so this is nothing new. The real interest is in the fast-charging. It says on the box that this charger is “for Samsung.” I have a Samsung Galaxy A42 5G phone that I’ve owned for only about a month now, and it charges pretty fast using the charger that came in the box, which is a more standard USB-2 (charger) to USB-C (phone) device, and the included cable has the appropriate plugs on each end. Also, the included charger, while it doesn’t have foldable prongs, is still small and quite unobtrusively portable. The question was, does this Anker charger provide a meaningfully-shorter charge time? If so, that’s something. If not, it’s just another charger, and, like I said, I’ve got several thousand of those already. One of USB-C’s claims-to-fame is faster data throughput than previous incarnations of USB ports. Another is what’s claimed here...that all-USB-C charging is faster than anything that involves USB-2. So I put the charger to the test. I let my phone run down to 70% charge twice, and then I charged it back to 100% each time with either the charger that came in the box with the phone or this Anker charger. The verdict? Both charged the phone in pretty much the exact same time. In fact, when I first plug a charger into the phone, it says right on the screen how long to a full charge, and, in both cases, it said 43 minutes. Buy this charger if you need a second charger for some reason, but don’t automatically assume that it will charge any faster than what came with your phone originally. Given that this charger exists in the USC-C world, which touts high speeds as one of its advantages overall, I would expect most any USB-C charger to charge a phone about as quickly as any charger can do, and this charger falls into this category.

The Anker - PowerPort III 25W PD Fast Wall Charger works great and is small for throwing into a bag or pocket with the folding plug prongs. Any device that supports fast charging and is USB-C compatible will charge much faster! You can also charge devices that don't support fast charging as the plug will automatically detect this and ramp itself down so it doesn't harm the device. The charger has a quality feel to it and appears to be well-made. No cable is included with the device. That would've been a nice surprise as you can never have enough charging cables! Would definitely recommend to a friend!
