If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.

Gets the job done
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this along with good grade USB-C to C cable (not included, sold separately), as soon as I plugged it in, my Samsung S-20 recognized & reported "super fast charging mode." Phone was at 10-15% battery level, charge was completed in about 45 minutes. Unfortunately, my charging stand is not a USB-C, so I'll be purchasing a new one to take full advantage of this great charger.

And with PwerIQ 3.0, it finds your device's charging needs. An excellent alternative for super-fast charging. And the fold-down outlet makes it easy to drop in your pocket. The device charges PD devices, like my Google Pixel 6, really quick. Excellent quality device. Only things I could ask for is an included USB cable and maybe some indicator LED lights.

The phone (a new one, with 32 gigs) charges much faster than my old 16-gig phone did. May be due partly to the phone and partly to the charger.

My previous phone charger would take hours. Also this substitutes for any other type c charging devices. I found a good recharge time on my Nintendo Switch, Power bank and Ipad Pro.

As a person who has been a Samsung user for many years, I love to add their accessories in order to make my life easier.
