    OK, when the contacts make contact

    I really wanted to like this, but sometimes it doesn’t charge. It’s not the cable, because I’ve changed that out. It’s as if the contacts inside aren’t tight enough, or loose, I’m just not sure. I have to change ports, or jiggle the cable, and I always have to check the item I’m charging or I’ll come back later and it hasn’t charged.

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      - Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
      - Try another cable and a different outlet.
      - Try charging a different device.
