    If I could give negative stars, I would. I am completely disappointed in this expensive product. I would rather pay for a group of extremely cheap chargers than to spend another 50. I see these review emails come up all the time and I couldn't be bothered but this irritated me to the point of writing this review. I have to angle the wire to a 39.24 degree angle and twist it into a parabola bell curve to the 3rd power in order for it to charge right.

    They sent me the wrong one, it might work great but I don't have an iPhone with lightning cable

    Not a speed charger. Takes almost 3 hours to charge a phone. Long cord tho.

    Worked great for 90 days. Ive had better luck with no-name chargers. Thought this would be a quality investments only to have it start having connection issues within just 3 months. (When plugged in the iPad now constantly acts like it's being plugged/unplugged)

    Doesn’t work and negatively impacted my laptop

    This charger didn’t work as expected from the moment I took it out of the package. It doesn’t charge my laptop beyond 4% so it has to be consistently plugged in to have power. After 2 days of use, my laptop is now experiencing several functionality issues. For example, I can’t have more than one application open at a time. I’m really hoping this is due to the charge level and not permanent damage caused by the charger. I cannot return since I no longer have the original packaging so I’m out the cost of the charger and potentially laptop repairs.

      The max output of this wall charger is 30W. So it might not charge your laptop. You can check if the input of your laptop is above 30W. If so, you need to use a different wall charger that has a larger output. Very sorry to learn about the issue with your laptop. May I know the issue is fixed?

    I need another one the cord is damaged from using it and bending near the plug already and the electrical tape won’t hold it together any more

    The manual mentioned appx 4 hrs to charge a 20,000 mah usb-c power bank but it took 9 hrs instead.
