Will not replace a 60W MagSafe2 for MacBook

Bought this from Best Buy several months ago and had worked through Anker's customer service to have several replacement sent to try, sent them videos of it not working, but in the end it could not replace my 60W MagSafe2 charger for my MacBook. With their 60W rated PowerCore III Elite battery pack using the SAME CORD, it would charge just fine. The 60W PowerPort PD couldn't do it though. Anker also sent me a 60W Power Port III and PowerPort Atom III, which also could not charge the MacBook. Only their large 100W PowerPort PD has been able to replace to OEM 60W MagSafe2 charger. I will say Anker's customer service was excellent though. In the end, they refunded the full price of the charger even though I had bought it from BestBuy.

Had no choice the day I needed it, and regretted it since. Requires numerous plug-in/out to register charge, as well as maintain 60W. Even with independent new and healthy 100W USB-C cables will still often give notice that is on low charge mode with laptops, etc., and not able to maintain steady 60W usage. Very surprising considering it isn't light or particularly small. There seem to only be disadvantages. I thought the Anker name would give it some sort of baseline, but seems they're not quite the company they started out as. If there's no other choice, okay, its power, but barely.

They said this was the one for my laptop, and tgey don't have Samsung branded charfers. It works fine, but i get the message from my laptop "to charge faster, use an original power cord".
