To bulky for wall outlet

Poor service by Geek Squad

At first they, while not busy, pointed to where I should go. When I requested assistance, they walked over with me. They recommended the power supply PowerPort PD 60 GaN Fast Charger to C Cable for Macbook (I have a Dell). He checked the label and said a 60 watt supply was what I needed. I got home plugged it in and my computer immediately responded inadequate power supply. I logged onto Amazon type in my computer style and I was immediately taken to the correct power supply at 1/2 the cost delivered to my home yet the same day.

Worked on my PC.

They are not cheap. I replaced every one of them, due to the quality of the cord where it connects into my MacBook. it's a quality control issue, it has to be, because all coating comes off after a short period of time, revealing exposed wires. I am at the mercy of this waste and expense because I HAVE to charge the MacBook daily, to even use it.

Slow charge but works

It will not work with my laptop at all. It charges my phones but slowly. The employee would not let me open thebox to see if it would charge the laptop. The cord that came with the coputer didn't work so I wanted to check to see if it was the computer and not the chargers. A bad purchase and service!!

- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.
