Phone case a problem

Unfortunately if there is a case on your phone it won’t work. In very small print in the directions this problem is noted but nothing is noted on the box. Had there been we would not have wasted our time purchasing this product only to have to return it to the store.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback! A case can be on your phone, but there are definitely some cases that can't be used (if they're too thick, or have a material that the wireless charger can't charge through).

Slow charging

First of all it doesn't work when charging a watch like the salesman said it would and secondly it took way to long to charge my phone

Slow charge

If it was half way it would take up to 3 hours. Dont recommend. For that price it is not worth it, charging one device or two still took forever.

Since the wireless coil of the wireless pad is in the center, it is highly recommended to place the phone centrally on the wireless pad to ensure a better charging performance.

Not for Android apparently

does not perform as advertised

Please confirm if you mean Galaxy A50s. If yes, this model doesn’t support Qi wireless charging. S it can’t be charged by this item.
Since thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging, if the thickness of the protective case is more than 0.5mm, then your device can’t be charged either.

Very slow charging

Posted .The PowerWave will definitely charge your phone slower than a corded charger most of the time. This is because of the efficiency of a cable vs sending power wirelessly. Wireless chargers are meant for convinience, but if you want a fast charge right away, wireless charging isn't what you're looking for at this moment.
