It charges my AirPods and Apple Watch still. This charger is not used daily either, my best guess is I maybe used it to charge all my Apple products a total of 25-30 times. Very disappointed.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. What is the model of the phone you are trying to charge? Please note only wireless-enabled devices will work with this device.
2. Are you using the wall charger that came with the PowerWave?
3. Does the LED on the pad light up at all?
4. Des the included wall charger work with other devices?
5. Does trying a different wall charger cause the LED on the PowerWave to light up?
6. Does trying a different cable help?
7. Does removing your phone case help? Please note thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging.
8. Does restarting your phone help?
9. Is your phone centered in the middle of the PowerWave?
