Was a Christmas gift as well as a Apple Watch for my wife. I like the way the watch can charge lying flat or on its side. She likes it charging on its side. The phone charger works great also. I wanted one that charged with the phone flat. The phone won’t fall over and easier to hit the sweet chard spot. So far the charger station works great.

The cell phone side is hard to get "lined up" with your iPhone so that it initiates a charge. You basically have to have your phone in a precise spot before charging will start. I keep this on my nightstand so fumbling in the dark, it's often a challenge and I've gotten up in the morning to realize my phone wasn't actually charging overnight. 2.) When you don't have anything charging, the unique makes a buzzing noise that's incredibly maddening. If I get up before my wife and take my phone/watch with me, the unit emits a buzz that drives her crazy. She has gone so far as to unplug the unit if I'm not in bed with my phone charging.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- The model of phone you are trying to charge.
- What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
- What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
- What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
- What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger

Charges Phone Fast but........

The design should've been much better but it's too snug to fit that long of a cable. I'm already shopping around for a better charge pad.
