After buying an Apple Watch I needed something relatively similar. This works well, though the lack of built-in watch charging is kind of a let down (You must supply your own Apple Watch charger). Otherwise this is fantastic.

I think would be fine if you didn't really care about having a stand or if you just tossed your phone on it and forgot about it. But personally, I just don't think its the top quality that you can get.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Is your device centered in the middle of the PowerWave?
2. Are you using the wall charger that came with the PowerWave?
3. Does the LED on the pad light up at all?
4. Des the included wall charger work with other devices?
5. Does trying a different wall charger cause the LED on the PowerWave to light up?
6. Does trying a different cable help?
7. Please note thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging.
