It makes a high pitch noise when it is plugged in, but nothing is on the charger. I end up unplugging it when not in use so it doesn't make that noise but its a pain to always plug and unplug. Also, if you don't place the phone on the base just right, it won't charge. Watch charger works great.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- The model of phone you are trying to charge. Please note only wireless-enabled devices will work with this device.
- What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
- What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
- What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
- What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger
