If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists: 1. Try a different wall charger/cable; 2. Remove the phone case if it has one. Please note thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging.

After that it’s great. Just know that it will be an additional 30 dollars, unless you already have one. Standard cords are 3 ft.
