You will likely have to buy the older USB cable apple watch charger to work with your watch that Best Buy also sells. I spent 30 bucks on this recently and was disappointed. For the time being, it will do the regular charging for my phone and I have another USB charger for my devices.

Love how compact it is, great for traveling. I didn’t realize it does not come with the watch charger, so you will have to purchase one, which I did. I am contacting the company because I can no longer return it to Best Buy. The company states on the box 18 months hassle free warranty. So we will see and I will update.

This item is mainly designed as a wireless charger for phones. You need to place the original cable for the watch inside the pad.
If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1.What happens when using a different wall charger and another cable with the wireless pad? Please try another wall charger with an output of 5V/2A or more.
2.Does your phone have a phone case on it? If so, please take it off to see whether it helps.
3.What happens when you restart your phone, unplug the wireless charger, and plug it back somewhere else?
4.If the charger works with a different phone?
