- What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
- What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
- What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
- What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger

It simply does not deliver as advertised. The wireless charging is slow and inconsistent, making me wait forever for my devices to charge fully. The watch holder is flimsy and not secure, causing my watch to slip off multiple times. I expected better performance and quality from this device, and unfortunately, this product fell far short of my expectations. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very specific spot to place phone to charge. Uses your existing I watch charger to place in the pad to charge your Iwatch. If it’s not placed exactly right, it will not charge. I returned it for a refund. For someone that relies on their phone for an alarm, I do not recommend

I would put it on the Appt but the device would kick off my charge. I should have bought the Apple one like I wanted to put it’s too expensive. I will be returning the Anker device tonight.
