I wanted to get a wireless charging setup for our phones and watches, and this was recommended by a tech at Best Buy. She must not have had Magsafe. I would wake up, grab my phone, and find that it was less charged than when I plugged it in. My wife's XR doesn't have these issues. I'm pretty frustrated.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. What is the model of the phone you are trying to charge? Please note only wireless-enabled devices will work with this device.
2. Are you using the wall charger that came with the PowerWave?
3. Does the LED on the pad light up at all?
4. Des the included wall charger work with other devices?
5. Does trying a different wall charger cause the LED on the PowerWave to light up?
6. Does trying a different cable help?
7. Does removing your phone case help? Please note thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging.
8. Does restarting your phone help?
9. Is your phone centered in the middle of the PowerWave?

All it provides is a hole in which to place your watch charger. I've misplaced my watch charger, so I don't know if this will work for non-apple watches, but I suspect not. It appears that most of these devices are for apple.

Easy set up. Pain to use

The apple watch aspect was annoying on both. Watch has to be in the perfect position in order for the charging to work. Started charging several times then stopped some point in the middle of the night, only to find out it in the morning. Wouldnt buy again.

I didn't read the product description for this charging pad completely and we were disappointed to learn after purchasing that the most needed part - the actual charging component - was not included. So we returned this and purchased a different type the next day. Easy enough to set up, but not worth cost if we had to buy something else.
