You also need to purchase a separate watch charger and they don’t work well together. So know I still have to use two different devices which defeats the purpose that I bought this.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- The model of phone you are trying to charge. Please note only wireless-enabled devices will work with this device.
- What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
- What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
- What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
- What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger
