This item is designed for the phone which supports Qi wireless charging technology. The iPhone 7 Plus doesn’t support Qi wireless charging technology, so this item can’t charge your phone. I did not read all the reviews. For some reason, the unit DOES NOT COME WITH THE CABLE TO CHARGE THE WATCH, I guess I will have to purchase the watch cable separately.

Disappointing

Watch will not sit still in up position and to use the down, you have to remove the band on the watch. Makes you wonder if this really is a convenience after all to have them together yet the watch is almost unusable.

So basically you are paying $50 to charge your phone which is slow charging compare to other Anker products which i prefer for charging. This was complete waste of money

But my Iphone was sitting on it all night and did not charge despite indicating it was. I don’t have a case on my phone either so I know that’s not an issue.

2. Is your phone centered in the middle of the PowerWave?
3. Does the LED on the pad light up at all?
4. Does restarting your phone help?
5. Does trying a different wall charger cause the LED on the PowerWave to light up?
6. Does trying a different cable help?
