I’ve loved anker products and spent hundreds of dollars on buying their products. This is a huge disappointment. The pad does not charge- it shows the charging symbol on the phone but the phone continues to deplete charge (I have closed all apps and nothing is running). I wanted to return this item but unfortunately I threw away the box. Do not buy this
