I bought it 3 months ago and now the phone will not charge. The watch will charge fine, but when you place the phone on it, it will light up as if it is charging but will only charge the phone about 5-10%. That's it. I left it on the charger all night the last 3 nights and it was still in the red when I woke up in the morning. Don't waste you time. It is also very sensitive. It takes a few tries to get the phone just right on the charger to get it start charging.

Please let us know the following:
- What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
- What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
- What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
- What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger
