I thought it must have been something else the first time, but then after the second time, I looked to see if others have had this experience to verify I wasn't crazy. Turns out I'm not. So, if you want a potentially broken phone screen cover, buy this product. If you don't want a faulty charger that wakes you up in the middle of the night with whatever surge causes your phone to go flying THEN AVOID THIS CHARGER LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I had to constantly keep moving my phone around to get it to charge. I wanted a wireless charger the I could simply put my phone on and it would instantly charge but this was not it!

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists: 1. Try a different wall charger/cable; 2. Remove the phone case if it has one.
