You have to really align it for it to work. I should have known that I was up for a disappointment during the first charge. It had this sound like a cricket at night but I ignored it. The charging issue started after a couple of months. I do my best to align it and see the charging light come on, but that’s a hit or miss. Sometimes it charges, but most times it doesn’t. Waste of money.

- The model of phone you are trying to charge. Please note only wireless-enabled devices will work with this device.
- What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
- What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
- What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
- What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger

This charger supports 7.5W Fast Charge Mode when charging iPhones (Using Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 Adapter). May I know about your phone model and how long does the charger take to fully charge your phone when you're not using the phone?
