    Would not buy again. Have to repeatedly place the phone in the charger in order for it to do so. Also, it charges the phone slowly. Waste of money.

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      - The model of phone you are trying to charge.
      - What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
      - What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable?  Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
      - What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
      - What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
      - Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger
