It does charge my phone through my case, but if you have a case on a 44mm Apple Watch I would not recommend. The holder for the puck is too low, and half the time it doesn’t charge it.

1. What is the model of the phone you are trying to charge? Please note only wireless-enabled devices will work with this device.
2. Are you using the wall charger that came with the PowerWave?
3. Does the LED on the pad light up at all?
4. Des the included wall charger work with other devices?
5. Does trying a different wall charger cause the LED on the PowerWave to light up?
6. Does trying a different cable help?
7. Does removing your phone case help? Please note thick cases or ases with metal in them interfere with charging.
8. Does restarting your phone help?
9. Is your phone centered in the middle of the PowerWave?

Would be better if it included a Watch Charger

It does not have one built in so you need to use your separate Watch charging cable
