    It's not truly universal. This item was able to charge a Samsung phone however, it failed to have the appropriate space to insert a Samsung Galaxy watch charger. So, I was unable to use it for both a Samsung phone and watch.

    Really annoyed that the box and description show that you can charge the Apple Watch with this device. In the smallest print, hard to find, it tells me that there is another piece I have to purchase to be able to charge my watcb

    Not enough space allowed for watch cord.

    Wire for watch does not fit. It is too long for the track provided and you can not close the back. Want to return but waited to long. Now I am stuck.

    Half the time my phone doesn’t charge. It will say it’s charging but I’ll wake up and it’s almost dead. Buy something else.

    Waste of Money, Won’t Charge With Case On

    Don’t waste your money. This extremely over priced charging pad will not charge my iPhone 11 with a basic case on it. I have to remove the case from my iPhone to charge it with this charging pad. My old charging pad, a cheap model made by the same manufacturer, charges my phone just fine. Huge waste of money and cannot even return it since I threw away the box. Most expensive charger I’ve ever purchased and total garbage.

    worked fine for a few weeks after that it wasn’t charging my phone sometimes. For 70 dollars this is not worth the asking price

    Works at the beginning and then stops

    So when I first got it, putting your Apple Watch charger is is just a little confusing, but afterwards your good. But for the first maybe 2 - 4 hours I used it, it was charging my iPhone X fast. But afterwards it started charging my phone slower than my actual charger. I left my phone on the charger for 20 minutes it went from 10 to 14 percent. I’m going to exchange to see if that works but if not I’m taking it back.

    Didn't charge the phone.

    Bought this for our daughter for Christmas. The blue charging light was on when her phone was placed on the charger, it did not charge the phone. Also, you still need the OEM circle charger from the Apple Watch for this charger. Not what we were looking for, it was returned.

    Didnt realize watch cable is not included. This has been a pain. Even if you get an apple charger for this product, it wont fast charge the Ultra. Going to go with a different product.

    Does NOT come with an Apple Watch charger, but that is hidden in tiny font where someone would not see it. And if you have your own watch charger it must be a USB-A port, not a USB-C

    The advertising would lead you to believe it will charge your watch and phone, but it only charges your phone. You have to buy another part to charge your watch. I just returned it and moved on with life.
