    The phone charger part stopped working after a couple days but the watch charging port is still good.

    Not my favorite charger. It works but you need to make sure the phone is on just right. The watch can be easily knocked off its charger. It also makes a noise. It is imperceptible at first, but you can hear it in the quiet hours of the night. Not ideal for your nightstand.

      2.Does your phone have a phone case on it? If so, please take it off to see whether it helps (you could send me a link to the kind of phone case you use so I can see if it will work well with our product).
      3.What happens when you restart your phone, unplug the wireless charger, and plug it back somewhere else?
      4.If the charger works with a different phone?

    Ok charging pad.

    Looked great on the packaging. Not the greatest phone and watch charger. You have to use your Apple Watch charger. This holds your watch while charging. You sometimes have to move your phone around to find the right spot to start charging. It's ok!

    Doesn't live up to the quality I would expect from Anker. We tried it with 4 different phones (all different models) and it would only charge for about 20 seconds, then it would stop for 20-60 seconds, then charge again for no more than 20 seconds, then repeat. I left the phone on the charger for over an hour, and it only gained 4%.

      - What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
      - What happens when you restart your phone and try again?

    Apple Watch charger doesn’t charge the watch at all. It doesn’t even have a magnet to keep it on the charger. I tried to hold it down and it still didn’t charge. I exchanged it twice for the same Product thinking it was faulty but none of them worked. Cheaper is not always better.

    I purchased this and tried for nearly two hours to put the cord inside as it illustrated however the average cord doesn’t even fit. I used the Apple charging cable that came with my phone and there is no way it fits. You would almost have to have a 6 inch cord in order for it to fit. Also the watch cord was very hard to install inside as well. Just not a good design.

    Bought and never worked right out of the box. Material of base is very light and could easily fall off surfaces just by the cable pulling.

    Look at other products, won't be happy with this

    This product ended up being junk and I returned it. Wouldn't charge either the phone or watch, it would start charging and then stop 30-45 sec. later. After maneuvering around it would start again and then stop. As usual Best Buy refunded me fully and didn't question my reason for returning.

    There is no real purpose for getting if you still have to use your watch charger to get it to hold your watch. Instead using one plug for your phone and watch you have to use two cords.

    The wireless charger for the phone is too small, plenty of time I wake up and my phone is nearly dead from the charging zone being so small, also, the watch charging area is too close to the actual base of the pad, and with my case on my watch it really doesn't fit properly and also falls off during the night.
